Shane is a resident in the heart of Charlotte's Center City. He started his career in 2004 and since stands as a top producing broker in the Charlotte real estate market. Formerly leading the top producing sales team at another area firm, in 2008 he created The McDevitt Agency, with a vision of setting a new standard of excellence and service in the industry. It was his goal to break out of the traditional image of real estate and introduce a fresh, vibrant, and professional environment. He now runs the area’s premier, award-winning firm and has personally closed on over $150 million in real estate sales.

Shane has also been a contributing sales team member to many of Uptown Charlotte's most notable developments, including: Fifth And Poplar, The Park, 230 S. Tryon, 300 S. Tryon, The Trust, Celadon, Encore, The Garrison At Graham, The Madison and SKYE Condos. He regularly assists buyers and sellers with a focus on condos, penthouses, luxury real estate, and new construction properties.
